By submitting this form I herby agree and grant my permission to participate in any and all activities including transportation during Mega Kids Camp. I also agree to allow photographs or videos of my student participating in MKC that may be reproduced and utilized in promotional materials for the church. I understand that Friendship Church will not release my student’s name or other personal information. I/we also agree to hold harmless, indemnify and defend Friendship Church, its employees and volunteers against injury, claim or action that may arise on behalf of my son or daughter other than for the willful or reckless misconduct of Friendship Church, its employees or volunteers.
Mega Kids Camp registration fee is $25 per child, for advanced registrations. This fee includes a MKC shirt, snacks, and all of the supplies for each track. If this fee is a hardship, please contact: church@friendshipchurchinfo.com or 734.710.9370 to inquire if scholarships are available or if you would like to pay by cash or check.
Help Another Child Attend Camp
We would love for every child to be able to attend MEGA Camp and not worry about how to pay for it. However, with the current economic conditions that isn't always possible, so we are asking for your help! Would you consider helping a child in one of our communities attend MEGA?
I understand my gift is a tax deductible donation to Friendship Church and therefore non-refundable. I understand that all financial contributions are solicited with the understanding that Friendship Church has complete discretion and control over the use of all donated funds. Contributions made in agreement to this DO qualify as a charitable deduction.
